The system cannot find the file specified

Ok, so I have just published the www.playlistvendor.com with the WordPress application through my host provider, so far so good.

My idea was a place where people could share their playlists, even if they are not friends on Facebook or any other social media.  Then I stumbled across BuddyPress – an interesting plug in for WordPress users. BuddyPress offers you the ability to build a social network for your company, school, sports team or niche community all based on the power and flexibility of WordPress.

I`ve just spent five hours trying to fix the plug in so users may register and create an account on my website, Playlistvendor. But I can not fix the pages, including the Register-page. When you click the “Create a new account”-link the site just returns a 404? I have searched many posts now – guess there are a few more than just me who struggles it seems.

Anyone reading this are encouraged to leave a comment with their suggestions. My setup are II-server with Domain.com and Windows hosting.

So far I have installed the ISAPI rewrite plug in as well – that fixed the permalink issues, I thought, but it still includes the ugly “index.php”.
